Do you want internal peace that lasts through any circumstances? Do you want to be a more peaceful wife and mom? Do you want to be the compassionate, wise woman other women look up to and come to for advice?

The Finally Free 12-Month Group Coaching Program includes the 5-Step Healing Blueprint, which will teach you self-regulation strategies that lead to peace with God and with yourself. By learning to renew your mind and regulate your emotions and body, you’ll walk out a new woman.

The course inside the program takes about 5-6 months to complete, but you will have 12 months of access to walk through it, so life doesn’t cause you to feel behind, and you can thoroughly understand the concepts before graduating!

Over 12 months, you will learn how to partner with God to heal from negative self-talk, emotional dysregulation, and unhealthy coping mechanisms.

You will walk away from this program with a toolbox full of tools you can implement in any situation. This level of personal development will not only help you become the woman you dream of being, but will also make you a better changemaker for the Kingdom of God.

Upon joining, you will gain access to:

- The student community, for support with questions and homework
